Training Sessions
I am a personal trainer and soft tissue therapist, specialising in strength and conditioning alongside pain relief and injury recovery. I provide 1-2-1 personal training sessions or sessions for two people who have the same goals. Within these sessions I provide a postural assessment, where I examine tightness, weaknesses and postural deviations. Based on this, I provide advice to clients on how best to address any problems that could be causing pain or discomfort. Alongside this, I schedule time to go over goals and provide thorough and concise plans for each individual which best meets their wants and needs. I also provide nutritional advice to those looking to gain the most out of their training.
I provide online postural assessments for those that do not live locally but would like to work on their posture, aches and pains and can provide online coaching tailored to each individual.
I also run a circuit class on a Wednesday evening in Kirton at 18:15-19:00. These classes consist of 12 stations each featuring different equipment to get you completing an entire full body workout. As I specialise in strength and conditioning alongside postural deviances, I have adapted the class to work on common weak links in the body. This ensures that you get the most out of your workout! These classes also target those looking to lose weight, improve balance as well as strengthen and tone.
What I am doing to keep you safe - Circuit classes
I am continuing to follow government advice relating to COVID and therefore have ensured that each station is spaced out adequately, equipment is sanitised before the start of each session and clients are encouraged to use hand sanitiser upon entry to the class. Windows will remain open to ensure adequate ventilation.
PLEASE NOTE: I am unable to give refunds, however, sessions can be swapped for a different time/date if I am informed within 72 hours of the session originally booked. Please make sure you only book on to classes you can attend. Thank you.
