I have been going to Ciaran's classes since the second week and really look forward to my Wednesday evenings. This is my 1st EVER class and everyone made me feel really welcome. Since starting I have felt so much better and have more energy.

I have tried every diet and exercise plan but my motivation goes so quickly. However, I really look forward to your classes. It doesn't get boring because you change up the plan each week but it is also not overwhelming as you always retain a few exercises which are familiar from previous sessions and you take the time to show us each exercise. This is really helpful with my short attention span. The banter is great and the atmosphere which is created is non-competitive which is great for me. I am grateful for the easier and harder options on each exercise as some days I feel more able than others. When I'm in the class it feels like working out with friends.

Before seeing Ciaran I was getting back pain and after playing football I suffered really badly with pain which made me struggle to sleep at night or bend over. Since working with Ciaran I have been able to identify the reasons behind the pains and work on fixing them. I have gone from having daily back pain to only occasionally, and when it re-occurs I know the cause and how to relieve it. I'm forever grateful for his help and I feel fitter and happier than ever.
